Quality & Stability

Accelerate progress and transform your business

Overview

What is Lean Six Sigma?

Lean Six Sigma is essentially a combination of the Lean and Six Sigma approaches for reducing waste, defects (variation), and increasing effectiveness and results. Lean emphasizes efficiency, but Six Sigma emphasizes how effectiveness can lead to faster results. They are more effective when used in tandem than when used separately. A successful Lean Six Sigma implementation is predicated on an understanding of the employee’s roles, responsibilities, structures, and training requirements.

Lean and Six Sigma – or Lean Six Sigma – provide a comprehensive set of processes and technologies that enable organizations to improve quality while lowering costs, with the ultimate goal of creating continuous value for the customer. which are unquestionably important advantages for any organization.

Improving the Quality and Process Stability

3_Quality&Stability

Quality is more than processes, indicators, certificates, and measured values, but it’s still the basis of most successful brands. This is especially true for knowledge-intensive enterprises from high-wage countries whose products have a direct influence on people’s health, premium brands, or makers of long-term capital goods. “Zero defect” is a non-negotiable part of one’s performance in more industries.
“Over-engineering” is the antithesis of quality orientation: perfection and improvement in areas that no longer relate to functionality and aren’t viewed by customers as adding value. Customers worldwide have higher quality expectations. Short product and development cycles and a growing number of variants limit testing durations.

Diminishing added value demands quality standards across global supply chains, and software and networked components enhance product complexity. Quality management must find the difficult balance between early integration into the value-added process and successful firefighting, preventive, and reactive operations.
